Integrity & Accountability
CMCHC employees complete their duties with steadfast adherence to strict moral and ethical principles. Each member of the CMCHC team is personally accountable for their actions: to themselves, to the organization, to the patient, and any family members involved in the patient’s care. We adhere to the highest professional standards and bring respect, openness and honesty to our encounters with patients, families, coworkers, board members and support the well-being of the communities we serve.
Every individual at CMCHC understands and relies on the team to accomplish tasks successfully. We work as a team to bring experience, high professional standards and best practices in providing the highest-quality care for our patients and families. We devote ourselves to continuous improvement, excellence, professionalism and innovation in our work. CMCHC recognizes the value of every employee’s contribution to the mission.
CMCHC places the patient at the center of everything we do. Providing exceptional patient care to all of our customers is at the heart of our mission. We work to understand the needs and desires of the community that we serve and ensure that their needs are central to the manner and delivery of healthcare services.
Our commitment is to deliver superior patient care and customer service to all of our patients with the goal of creating satisfied and loyal customers. Each employee strives to meet all members of the staff and community with a mindset of service excellence. CMCHC selects the best people for our work, employs the best available standards of practice, and challenges ourselves to improve through innovation, planning, collaboration and teamwork. We never stop learning and working to improve our skills, knowledge, programs and service.
Our actions are the result of a deep belief in fairness to those we serve. We are committed to offering access to vital programs and exceptional care to all patients regardless of social or economic status, ethnicity, creed, gender, and sexual preference. We create access to basic health care by seeing patients regardless of their ability to pay or their insurance status.
Patient satisfaction is our top priority! As a community-based organization, CMCHC is committed to its mission. We track and measure much of what we do, constantly monitoring our efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness in terms of the services we provide.
